ExecULearn
– Clubs & Societies: How to Run a Proper Meeting
Clubs +
Societies Executives, are you prepared for your role in your club or society?
Brought to
you by the Clubs & Societies Team, ExecULearn is a new program consisting
of a series of bite-sized webinars that teach our Clubs/Societies how to
conduct a proper general meeting, write minutes and agendas, understanding
C&S Grants, planning and running your events, and understanding Risk Assessments.
Organised
over 2 semesters, each webinar topic will run twice per year, and focuses on skills
& knowledge development for current and future leaders within both TUSA and
the University. All webinar sessions will be delivered by our Clubs &
Societies Team – Chris & Jess.
This webinar
will delve into running a proper general meeting, and will also cover running
Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and Special General Meetings (SGMs). In
addition, we will also go through how to write agendas and minutes for
your club & society meetings!
