One of the oldest student associations in Australia, the only university in Tasmania.
As the only student association on the island, we’re here to ensure that students get what they need from their uni experience by offering a range of support services, access to over 100+ clubs and societies, and social and recreational events and activities.

Sexual Health Awareness and Guidance (SHAG) is a week where students can come, learn, and embrace sex positivity, the importance of healthy relationships, sexual identities, safer sexual practices, sexual health services and reduce the stigmas on these topics.
Opportunities for involvement:
Be a Stallholder
Showcase your products, services, or initiatives related to sexual health and well-being. Engage directly with students, distribute information, offer demonstrations, and increase your brand visibility in Tasmania.

Activity Partner
Join us as an Activity Partner and run an engaging activity or workshop, or sponsor an existing one, such as:
- Drag Trivia
- Sex Toy Bingo
- Sexual Health and Pleasure-related Workshops and Panel Discussions
- Life Drawing or Sculpting Classes
Sponsorship
Support SHAG Week through financial contributions or in-kind donations.
- Monetary sponsorship can help cover event expenses, such as promotional materials, guest speakers, and logistical support
- In-kind sponsorship may include providing products, services, or resources that enhance the event experience, such as catering, promotional items or technical equipment.
